Improvements to mobile sync
This web release introduces some background elements which will be utilised by the upcoming iOS release in order to improve the resilience of the mobile sync.
Bug Fixes
Bug: Zendesk Ref: 129793 - Support Plan Assessments archived by ending the related Competency Cycle.
Fix: We have implemented a fix to ensure that this doesn't happen going forwards, as well as restoring the Support Plan Assessments which were archived incorrectly.
