What's New?
Mark for Review updates
When performing an Assessment on the web, you will now be able to see any Criteria which were marked for review in previous Assessments, as well as being able to mark them as reviewed during the assessment.
Any Criteria which were marked for review in previous Assessments will have a red flag displayed in the Review column. The filter has also been updated so that you can find these quickly and easily.
A Criteria with a red flag can be marked as reviewed either by simply rating it as Proficient or Expert, or by clicking the Mark as Reviewed button within the Supporting Info modal.
When a Criteria is marked as reviewed, a green flag will be displayed in the Review column.
The Assessment Completion page has been updated to display the green flag for any Criteria which have been reviewed in the Assessment.
The Completed Assessment page has been updated to display the following flags:
- Green flag: Criteria marked as reviewed in this Assessment
- Yellow flag: Criteria marked for review in this Assessment - Not Reviewed
- Blue flag: Criteria marked for review in this Assessment - Reviewed
- When looking back at historic Assessments, this blue flag allows you to see that the review has been followed up since this Assessment took place
The Items for Review section on the Assessment Summary page has been updated to replace the existing 'Attachments' column, with a 'View Assessment' column which will link to the Assessment in which the Criteria was marked for review.
A new optional feature has been created to allow you to hide the Mark as Reviewed button on the Assessment Summary page, so that a Criteria can only be marked as reviewed from an Assessment on the web.

Team Assessment list page name changes
We have received a lot of feedback to say that the Team Assessment pages names are confusing. In particular, the Assessment Archive is confusing, as it includes completed Assessments from ongoing cycles, as well as archived Assessments. Due to this feedback, we have updated the titles of the pages as such:
- Assessment Archive has been updated to Assessment History
- In Progress has been updated to Paused Assessments
Reporting updates - Skills Reporting
The Skills report will now include:
- Valid From Date
- Expiry Date
- Status
These fields will also be included in the export from reporting.
Reporting updates - Support Plans
The 2 Support Plans reports have been updated to account for the changes made to the Support Plans flow in v3.32.0.
The Total Number of Employees on Support Plans report has been renamed to Total Number of Support Plans by Type and the statuses in the report have been updated to align with those on the Support Plans page (Draft, Active, Completed, and Archived).
The Active vs Inactive Support Plans report has had the following changes:
- Active segment of the report will only include Active Support Plans
- Inactive segment of the report will include:
- Draft
- Complete
- Archived
Optional Features - Display instructions when setting Authority to Work to Temporarily Suspended
If your company has this feature enabled, when you change an employee's Authority to Work to be Temporarily Suspended, then the following message will be displayed in the modal:
Please enter the following details into the Reason for Authority to Work Change field:
- Start of the Temporary Suspension
- A brief reason for suspension
- Which roles the employee is suspended from (if Assessor etc)
- How the employee has been made aware of the change

Optional Features - Exclude N/A ratings from overall completion statistics on Cycle Review
If your company has this feature enabled, when viewing the Cycle Review page, any Criteria which are rated as N/A during an Assessment will be removed from the overall completion counts and percentages.

Bug Fixes
Bug: Zendesk Ref: 119794 - Items downloaded from Evidence library do not download with the same file name.
Fix: This has been resolved. Items downloaded from the Evidence Library will now have the displayed file name.
Bug: Zendesk Ref: 129100 - Support Plans from reporting tab show incorrect statuses.
Fix: The Support Plans reports have been updated to account for the changes made to the Support Plans flow in v3.32.0.
Bug: Zendesk Ref: 122533 - Users names only showing as a comma on the iPad.
Fix: This web release includes a change that should fix this issue once the iPad is synced.
