What's New?
Support Plans Verifications
Verifications have been added back into the Support Plans feature, in the same style as the updated version which was implemented for Assessments earlier in the year.
Users with a System Role of Verifier or TOC Admin will now see a Verification Form button. When clicked, this will open the Verification Form, which can be moved around the page to allow you to see the Support Plan on the page behind it.
Once the Verification has been completed, the Verification tab of the Support Plan will display the ratings and feedback of the Verification.
This will be available to users with a System Role of Verifier or TOC Admin, as well as the creator of the Support Plan.
A notification will also be sent to the creator of the Support Plan to inform them that the verification is complete, and to request their response.
The creator will then have the option to agree or disagree, and provide some comments alongside their response.
Further Support Plans Updates - Window Start Dates for Assessments
When adding a Support Plan Interaction of type Assessment to a Support Plan, you will now have the ability to set a Window Start Date for the Assessment, as well as setting the Window End Date.
Interactions of other types will continue to only require a single Expected Completion Date field to be set.
Further Support Plans Updates - Selecting Managers for Approval
When selecting managers for the approval of the start or completion of a Support Plan, the list of managers available for selection will no longer include:
- The logged in user
- The employee of the Support Plan
Optional Feature - Hide Incident Reported By
A new optional feature has been added to this release. Enabling this feature for your company will hide the Incident Reported By field for all Incidents, giving more prominence to the Created By field.
If you would like to enable this feature for your company, please contact the Support Team or your Account Manager.
Background Maintenance
We have been updating some of the elements in the background of EDS to ensure the security of the system.
Bug Fixes
Bug: Zendesk Ref: 121211 - Potential loophole - being able to access a user in a Department you do not have access to.
Fix: The system has now been locked down so that you can't view an employee's profile if you do not have access to their Department. You may still be able to see them on your Dashboard if you are an owner of their team, but you will not be able to open their employee profile or action on any of their Assessments, Support Plans, Skills or Training.
The caveats to the Departmental Access permissions are:
- Being an Admin user.
- Your company has the feature enabled to Show All Departments in the Team management page.
Bug: Zendesk Ref: 123358 - No Criteria Ratings showing on Capability Review.
Fix: A default filter was set-up on the No. of Evidence files filter, which led to all criteria being filtered out. This default filter has been updated so that it shouldn't affect any Assessments.
