There are various sections in Assetminder which require a signature to be configured against a user. These include signing off Inspection approvals and clocking management.
1. To set up a signature, navigate to settings and users.
2. In the user profile, open the top left menu and select Add Signature.
3. A clear image of a signature on a white background is required. In this example there is a photo of a signature written on a blank piece of paper (left image) and photographed with a phone. The image may need to be enhanced with slight editing to make the background white and the lines sharper.
4. Add the saved image or drag and drop. Click the upload button and the screen will disappear.
5. The saved signature can be viewed by clicking the burger menu again and Show Signature.
6. Save and close.
