New Feature Release: July 2025

• New feature: Ability to import a complete timetable from a Cityswift Evolve export. 
  See separate section below regarding this feature.
• Performance enhancements for rebuilding user database and rebuilding timepoints.
• Added a stop number (NaPTAN) column in to the “Drag and Drop” import function 
  To activate select from Edit > Timepoint Utilities menu.
• Fixed a bug relating to US date formats.
• Various bug fixes related to file locks when running in HUB.

• New feature: It is now possible to perform a Rostering export on multiple schedules in one process. This includes the ability to carry out a multi job schedule selection.
• All exports that allow multi job selection have been fixed when running in HUB.
• A new option has been added to the Duties interface to allow transfer of layover detail.
• The E3E file can now be exported in 36hr (previously defaulted to 24hr).
• Bus and Crew Graphs draw and refresh modified
• Bug fixes relating to GA Calendar and Reporting tool.
• Bug fix relating to GoNE duty board.

Note: it is no longer possible to build new or fix existing geodatabases in any instance of Mapping version 1. This is due to changes in third party licencing. This issue is resolved by upgrading to Mapping version 2 (see below).

This version changes the underlying architecture of mapping data and removes a reliance on third party mapping licences. Subsequently, the initial installation process is not as straightforward as a normal install or upgrade. Therefore, please contact Support to discuss an upgrade.

Users can use a new quick select button to select only the stops where data appears to have changed. A new “Change” report has also been added to report on stops where data appears to have changed.
• The way images and data is imported and exported has changed to align with new database structure.
• Added stop Notes to the text that can be displayed in Text field.
• Fixed Service Order button action.
• Fix for object reference error with sheet size print and no display check list.
• Changes to image handling when image not found or services not having an image.

An update to HUB is ready for release. Updating HUB requires arranging downtime when all users are logged off the system. The Support Team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time to carry out an upgrade.

• New Feature: A new set of functions has been added to import, analyse and export VDV file for the NTA Ireland.
• List of jobs in “Move” and “Copy & Move” process is now in alphabetical order
• Changes to facilitate fixes to multi job exports from Scheduling.
• Fixed a bug related to creating jobs with the same name as previously deleted jobs.
• Fixed various bugs associated with copying / duplicating jobs.
• Fixed a bug relating to date formats.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the Duties (formerly CrewPLAN) icon from appearing.
• Fixed a bug associated with Latin, non-English characters.
• Updated logos and product names. Product names are now as listed in these release notes i.e. the “Timetabling” icon will open the product formerly known as OmniTIMES.
